Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of studiostaying.garden and to the services Studiostaying Tree Service offers through it. When you use the website, call the number shown on it, or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Studiostaying Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are linked with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work achieves.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

By calling or sending a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. To stop contact at any time, email contact@studiostaying.garden.
